In this brand new course by Academy of Skiing (AOS) and CORE, we’ll make the most of the off-season and prepare to hit the slopes again. After this great season, most of you probably realized how athletic you have to be to make the most out of your time on the hill, especially in powder.

Join me, Scot Chrisman, and special guest Ginny Turner of Core for an off-season workout plan that will get you in shape this summer to crush it next season. Ginny is a fitness expert, entrepreneur, and all-around badass when it comes to athleticism and mindset.

Although there’s no substitute to skiing, this workout and nutrition plan is the best way to keep in shape for skiing during the off season.

This is a two-month course that will start off easy for the first two week and gradually increase in intensity.
